Rental conditions and cancellation costs

*Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail.

*Within 10 dags after receiving our confirmation of reservation, 10% of the rental sum must be deposited on our account.
 Payment takes place according to the following timetable:
        10% of the rental sum after confirmation of your reservation
        the next 40% of the rental sum no later than 6 months before the start of the rental period
        the final 50% of the rental sum no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation costs:

* In the event of a cancellation no later than 6 months before the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are only 10% of the rental sum.
   In the event that your holiday cannot take place on the RESERVED DATE, you may - up to 6 months before the start of the rental period - select
   new dates,if available. If you choose for this option, your down-payment will be applied in full to your new reservation and no extra costs will be
   charged.

* In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, cancellation costs are 50% of the total rental sum.

* In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the start of the rental period, cancellation costs equal the entire rental sum and no refund will be made.

* We recommend that our guests take out travel and cancellation insurance.
